Insulated Block

Dana Precision was requested to manufacture an insulated block for electrical switch gear. The project required reverse engineering the part. Producing a compression moulding tool for the over moulding of 2 x brass inserts and 1 x steel insert. The inserts were manufactured by Dana Precision. Parts were then sent to a compression moulding company for over moulding.
